Key responsibilities
• Drive the company’s fi nancial planning
• Perform risk management by analyzing the company’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash fl ow is appropriate for Point Investment’s operations
• Supervise all fi nance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Manage vendor relationships
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Help in seting up and overseeing the company’s fi nance IT system
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
