Key responsibilities

• Oversee all company project activities and report to the Managing Director
• Ensuring that all datelines are met.
• Assisting in preparation of complete contract Scope of Work
• Fully reviewing drawings & specifi cations in preparation of contract scope
• Determining client’s requirements and translating them into an actionable plan by a team of
workers
• Handles clients’ needs with a sense of Urgency
• Adapts to diff erent clients individual personalities, needs and wants
• Participates in Owner, Engineer Contractor meetings
• Understands and exceeds client expectations
• Organizing many tasks into a timeline
• Making sure that all health, safety and legal requirements are met throughout the projects
• Responding to any client complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project
• Holding regular meetings to ensure that everything is going according to time and budget restrictions
• Perform related duties as assigned.
